Payment dates are still incorrect after deleting and reinstalling app. Date is set automatically by iphone.

I’m also having the same issue for the past 3 months. The date of transactions on the iPhone app are consistently 1 day behind.

Did you ever get this issue fixed?

I’ve talked to the QuickBooks customer care team but they couldn’t resolve either.

If so, but the issue persists, I recommend double-checking your device's time and date configuration and making sure it's set to Automatic. Doing so allows the app to synchronize with your region's precise time zone since QuickBooks only relies on your device's Settings.

Select General, then Date & Time.
Enable the Set Automatically option.
