The windows app keeps randomly logging us out. It’s not timing out on the 3 hour limit. It does it whilst using it. It’s random. Any one help?

Can you try theses and see if any of theses resolve the issue of the app closing down on you. 

Can you clear the app data and also try delete and re-install the app. 

Let us know if the issue still ongoing after you have tried the above
