Unable to reconnect with my bank account, no reason why, just comes up with ‘something went wrong’. Any way to get round this before I delete the app?

Thank you for letting us know your concern here on the Community page. I can help you reconnect your bank account in your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. 

Before performing any troubleshooting, may I know the name of your bank? This way, I can check our record if your bank is under investigation.

In the meantime, let's reconnect your bank through a browser by logging in to this link: https://uk.selfemployed.intuit.com/login. Then, start reconnecting it by following these steps:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Click Bank accounts.
3. Select Connect another account.

Once reconnected, perform a few troubleshooting steps within your app so it can function as expected. Refresh your QuickBooks app by following the steps below:

Android

1. From More Options ⋮, tap Settings > Refresh Data.
2. Select Yes to confirm.

iOS

1. Tap the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback > Refresh Data.
2. Choose Refresh.

You can uninstall, then reinstall the mobile app if the issue persists. If you're getting the same behavior, you need to request a bank connection. Follow the steps below to enter the information: 

1. In the Let’s get a picture of your profits window, select Request support for your bank.
2. Enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.
