Bank Feed pulling amounts already matched weeks ago

Hi There,

My Nedbank bank feed in QB is showing some transactions already matched as paid and received. What do I do?

I cannot add them as that would distort my clients AR accounts?

How do I rid of them off my bank feed?

You can exclude the duplicate transactions, Jualande.

Let me provide you with the steps:

    1. Click Banking, then select Banking.
    2. Go to the For Review tab.
    3. Check the boxes beside the transactions you want to exclude.
    4. Click Batch actions, then choose Exclude Selected

These transactions will go to the Excluded tab. From there, you can delete them permanently. Just check the transactions and select Delete

You can also check this article for more information: Exclude a bank transaction from your expenses in QuickBooks Online.

If there's anything else that we can do for you, please feel free to leave a comment below. Take care!
