Bank and Credit Card accounts shows error.

Hello community, I am here with an urgent to my client. I have new client from USA for Reconciliation services for his Bank and Credit Card. When I was working on Quickbooks online after getting access as an accountant there happened a sudden error with all bank and credit card accounts connected with QBO. I didn't know why this happened? I am also losing my client confidence. He is doing affiliate marketing business, can be checkhere and he asked me that he is also losing customer confidence. Please let me know if any solution available. Thanks

    In the meantime, let's perform some browser troubleshooting steps. This is to check if it's browser related issue. Let's start by accessing the QuickBooks account using a private browser. The following are the shortcut keys you can use:

    • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
    • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

    If this works, you can clear the cache and cookies of your browser. If not, you can use another supported browser. Possible that your current browser may have a temporary issue with QuickBooks.
