How do I change the labels on an invoice?

I have a custom invoice template, and I've changed the "Form Name" label, but I can't see how I can change the labels for "Bill To", "Date", "Total Due", "Due Date" and "Terms". Does anyone know how I can change these? I need to translate them into other languages (languages that QBO doesn't already support).

Thanks!

Thanks for posting your concern here in the Community, @jim-leela. I'll provide insights about changing your invoice template labels in QuickBooks Online.

Currently, the option to modify them is unavailable. I understand that having this option would benefit you and your business as it can help you determine labels seamlessly.

I recommend sending this suggestion to our Product Development team so they can review them and consider implementing this in future product updates.

I'll show you how:

  1. Click the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
  2. Enter your feedback Suggestion.
  3. Press Next.

You can visit our Feedback forum to track the progress of your feature request.

Alternatively, you visit this link if you want to consider looking for a third-party app that allows this feature: QuickBooks Apps Store

Moreover, other QBO International versions can seamlessly modify the language setting. You can check out an article for more details: Change language in QuickBooks Online.

You can reply to this thread if you have further concerns about personalizing your sales forms or want to share your best practices using the product. Please know the Community has your back.

Wow, I must say I'm really disappointed with QuickBooks Online. It lacks basic features that software costing half as much provides. It's difficult to use, doesn't comply with ADA accessibility requirements, and is completely inflexible. For the most expensive, most popular accounting software on the market, QuickBooks is failing completely.
