I can no longer get into the training modules

I am studying for adv certification. When I log in, i do not go into the training area,  I go into the company set up area.  Does this have anything to do with my trial subscription expiration? If so, how can i get around this?

    Hello there, Jesse_H.

     

    It can be that your Free 30-day trial ended that's why you're unable to continue with your training modules. You'll want to check your subscription and resubscribe to a paid account so your can keep your progress and finish the certifications. 

     

    Here's how: 

     

    1. Click the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
    2. From the Billing and Subscription tab, you can see the status if it's already expired. If so, you can click the Subscribe option.
    3. Follow the onscreen instruction on how to register for a paid subscription.

    To refresh the changes you can log out and log back in. 

     

    However, if you're subscription is not yet over and you can't process with the training modules, you can verify f the issue is caused by a browser-related one. Try logging in to your QBO account using a private browser (incognito) and finish the module from there. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one: 

     

    • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
    • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
    • Safari: Command Option P

    If this works, it means that you need to clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different browser.
