Hello there, Sreng. I'm here to share information about customising an invoice template in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If you're new to QBO and created your account after 29/06/2021, the Import Styles feature is no longer available in the QuickBooks Labs. That is the reason why you can't find it anymore. Need not worry, as QBO still has custom form styles available for you. You can use our different sample designs to personalise your template. For more details about this, see this link: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates.

You may also consider looking for a third-party app that helps upload your form. To view a wide range of options, use specific keywords to narrow down the search. You can check the reviews from other customers to help you decide which app suits your business type and needs.

To look for an app within your QBO account. Follow these steps:

    1. On the left menu, click Apps.
    2. Go to the Find Apps tab.
    3. Use the search bar to look for an app.

If you want to add bank info to your invoices, here's a resource that you can visit on how to: Adding bank details to your invoices.
