Multiple document to print with invoice

I have warranty papers and other documents that I get customers to sign with invoice. Is there a way to print invoice and pdf files with quickbooks. Take customer information from quickbooks and populate pdf with customers information.  What do you have to offer to help our business streamline our work? Is there other software that can do this if quickbooks can't do it?

    Good day, funatv.

     

    In QuickBooks, the invoice information includes the customer's name and billing address. At this time, we're unable to take the customer's information on a PDF file.

     

    As a workaround, you can search for any third-party applications that will integrate with QuickBooks. Here's the link for reference: https://apps.intuit.com/app/apps/home.

     

    If you're referring to printing invoices with attachments, you can download the attached file and save it as a PDF.

     

    1. Open the invoice.
    2. Click on Print or Preview and select Print or Preview.
    3. Select Print and follow the onscreen instruction to print the invoice.
    4. Once done, go back to the invoice and click on the attached file in the Attachments section.
    5. Another tab will open. Then, press the Ctrl + P keys.
    6. Choose Save as PDF from the Destination drop-down arrow.
    7. Click on Save.

    It's a great idea to capture signatures on invoices. You can find more information in this article: Capture signatures using the QuickBooks Online app. Your customers can sign the invoice with their fingers.

    Not sure if I was clear. I have 6 documents that I have to print with invoice. Why can't we save them documents to quickbooks. Click print invoice and it prints all of my documents and invoice at same time. This software is supposed to make life easier.

    Is there 3rd party software that will do this? Quickbooks seems so limited with it's capabilities.

    As mentioned by my colleague above, printing your 6 documents with an invoice is unavailable in QuickBooks. You'll need to print it separately.
