Hello,

 

I just signed up for a new QB Online account today however, I'm unable to sign into it. I keep getting the message: 

"We have received your request and will process your sign-up shortly. Thank you for your patience."

 

Can someone with this please as I'm unable to reach a live customer support agent to resolve this.

    Try open your QBO account on private/incognito browser.
