whatsapp notification memos

what happends when a client doesn´t have email but only a celphone with whatsapp for notification, but we want his payment , we can´t use the tool for notification.

You can use your email when sending an invoice through WhatsApp. No worries, it won't affect where your invoice goes but it is required to create the invoice. You can use this link that will walk you through the detailed steps in sending notifications and invoices using WhatsApp.
