It could be that you've logged in to an incorrect account. Hence, all your contacts can't be found. I'd recommend logging out and logging back in using the correct credentials.
If it's still an issue, I'd suggest you login using a private or incognito window. You can use the keyboard shortcut keys below:
Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox & Microsoft Edge
Command + Shift + N for Safari
Check your contacts again. If it's there, go back to your regular browser and start clearing its cache to improve your experience with QuickBooks.
You may also switch to other supported browsers to further isolate the issue.
