Can I get my app layout back to the new update. New update is awful and messy

Hi @userinfo58. Switching to a new interface is a big adjustment, especially if the previous one worked well for you. Currently, the option to switch back to the old layout in the QuickBooks Online app isn't available.

I recommend sharing your feedback with our developer team. To send, click the Menu > More > Send feedback > Enter your thoughts > Send feedback.

You can also access your QBO through a mobile browser to take advantage of more features.
