Can I get the discount of 50% for first 4 months I clicked on it then it charged me full amount straight away?

I'll share a few information, Jacobracken-hotm. You'll get a discount of 50% for four months if you subscribe to our plan immediately without using the free trial.

If you haven't used the free trial, but you're still charged for the full amount, we'll need to check your account. I suggest reaching out to our customer care support so an agent can take a better look at this. Here's how:

1. Click Help inside QuickBooks Online.
2. Enter "I need a human" in the Type something field.
3. Select Contact a human.
4. Click Live Chat / Call me back.
5. Enter "Payment issue" in the description field, then click Continue.
6. Select Chat.

If you have to open a new QBO account, make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to a few months. If you purchase from the Trial account, you have to pay the regular rate.
