Can I take a copy of all transactions, data and documents held on the system before ceasing my QuickBooks Account?

Please note that not all transactions can be exported. However, some entries and lists can be copied.

To export and check the available lists, here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Export Data.
2. On the Reports tab, set the date range.
3. Use the toggles on the Reports and Lists tabs to include or exclude items.
4. Click Export to Excel.
