Can my accountant access my QB on the Simple Start plan

Yes, they can access your QuickBooks Online Simple Start account, @accounts556.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) Simple Start can have 2 accounting firms. Thus, you can add your accountant to help manage your company files. Before that, please ensure they have a QuickBooks Online Accountant version. This way, they can easily review your books, make corrections, and handle any issues.

You can follow these steps to invite your accountant:

1. Log in to QBO as a primary admin.
2. Select the Gear icon, then choose Manage users.
3. Click the Accounting firms tab.
   
4. Enter your accountant’s email address, then select Invite.
