Can not see payroll on my account but added it to my subscription

The QuickBooks Self-Employed version is created for Independent Contractors. The payroll feature is unavailable for the program.

The payroll feature is available for QuickBooks Online versions only. Since you've mentioned that you've added the subscription to your account, you'll want to log in to QuickBooks Online instead and check it out.
