Welcome to the Community page, 

 

There is no way to disable the payslip password as it is a security measure, it has to be the first 4 digits of the surname and the ni number as well.

Please try the entering the password combination below to view your pay slip:

 

1. First 4 lowercase letters of surname (if surname is shorter than 4 letters, use the complete surname).
2. First 4 lowercase letters of the NI number. If the NI number is not available, use the 4 digits of your birth year instead.
