changing from QB Self-employed to QB online

Hi Guys 

Can anyone please help me here. My Buisness is starting to grow, I have had QB self employed for years now. But due to the growth of the buisness I have subscribed to QB On line. My question is. How do I bring over all my customers data and every thing that I have on the QB self employed to QB online versions as easliy and pain free as possible.
