Has anyone had a random email address appear as a QuickBooks account on the initial login screen? i.e. xwgmbylzafzecwju@blackhole.intuit.com

I can think of two reasons regarding the random email address in your log-in window, usersam.

The displayed random email address on the screen is either caused by auto-filled information or saved email information from other users. If you want to clear this, kindly follow these steps:

For Chrome users:

1. Go to the (⋮) vertical ellipsis located at the upper right corner.
2. Click the Passwords and autofill section.
3. Select Google Password Manager.
4. At the top right, press Settings.
5. Turn Sign-in automatically, on or off.

You can also change this on your Android, iPhone or iPad device.
