Hello. I am having trouble viewing the Excel spreadsheet that I have downloaded of our work report. It shows 'Page cannot be found' when trying to view and download.

The error “Page cannot be found” may occur due to compatibility issues. QuickBooks Online exports reports in .xlsx, which is the modern Excel file type. If you’re using an older version of Excel, it may not support this file type. Please make sure your Excel application is up to date to avoid any errors when opening the file.
