Hello, Please can someone advise what my potential accountant can see and have access to in my quickbooks. Can they view my bank account, transactions? Move money out?

This all depends on what type of user you create them as. If they are added via the 'My Accountant' tab, they will have access to all the data within your account. They will not be able to move money, or do anything with your bank account as the bank connection is only there to bring through transactions - you cannot actually make transactions or affect the balance in any way.

You can create them as a limited user through the cog wheel > Manage users. Here you will be able to specify what type of access they have to your account.
