To cancel your QuickBooks account, you will need to ring in and speak to our retention team, who will then be able to cancel the account for you.

The phone number given is not working.  I want to immediately terminate my Quick Books account and subscription.  NOW.  Back off the charge for this coming year.  NOW

Hello Jim, we can't access account subscription information on the Community with it being a public forum, we've tested the number you were given and it is active currently and able to take your call till 7 pm today, the alternative is contacting the chat team here instead
