Hi I can’t pay my subscription how do I do it please?

Welcome to the Community page, 

So when you log into your account if the account is inactive it will ask you to enter in your payment details soon as you log on. If you need to edit your billing information if you log into your account and go to the main cog wheel>billing and subscription you and edit the information there.
