Hi, I select when I do my subscription the offer 0.99 on the first 4 months but now take out from my account 11.99, what’s happen

It is possible there was a glitch. You may try opening a second account and make sure the amount on the right panel is GBP 1.2 + VAT prior to clicking the green button of Sign Up.
