Hi markowentechnica, thanks for joining the Community - can we check which bank provider you're connecting to, and if you're able to connect through the web browser rather than the app?
Thanks Mark, please let me know if that works for you - if you have your banks' mobile app installed on your device you may also wish to temporarily uninstall this while you attempt to add the connection from the QB app as this can interfere with the initiation.
