Are you trying to recover your account when you can't sign in to QuickBooks Online (QBO)? If so,  here’s how to get into your account and back to business as usual:

1. Go to our sign-in help page.
2. Enter the phone number, email address, or user ID for your account. Or, select Try something else and answer other questions about yourself. Then press Continue.
3. Check your phone or email for a message from Intuit or QuickBooks. Enter the code we sent, or follow the instructions in the message. We may ask you for a little more info to make sure it’s really you.
4. When prompted, reset your password.

Once you're back in your account, you can change the email address if you need to. To learn more about having trouble signing in to your account, see the Get help if you can't sign in to your QuickBooks Online account article. On the other hand, you can contact our Customer Support Team by phone. Just follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Click Help (?).
3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
5. Choose Call us (M-F, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and S-S, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
