How can I set up a user to only input purchase orders

Hi cprince-jwilkins, thanks for joining the Community - it's not possible to have a user who is only able to enter PO's, however you can create standard users with limited access who are unable to view payroll (the only users who can access payroll info and reports are the primary admin, company admin, or accountant user).
