Can i cancel the free trial

Cancelling a trial account in QuickBooks Online will only take a few steps, j_mcglone. I'm here to lay out the steps for you.

To proceed, simply follow the steps below:

Open a web browser on your computer and sign in to your QBO account as an admin user.
Go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing.
In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel trial.
Follow the on-screen steps.

Please note that if you don't see the Subscriptions and Billing tab, then you bought QuickBooks through a mobile app store. See the steps for your device below in this article: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial.
