You have to download each type of data separately to get all your history in QuickBooks, accounts613.

In QuickBooks Self-Employed, there is no option to download all your data in one go. You'll need to export each type of data individually to ensure you have everything saved.

To download your transactions, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to Transactions.
  2. Select All in the Type, Account, and Date dropdown menus.
  3. Click the Download icon on the right side.

To download your reports:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Click the dropdown menu for each report and choose Download.

To download your invoices, you need to export each one at a time. Here's how:

  1. Go to Invoices.
  2. Click the dropdown arrow beside Send.
  3. Select Export as PDF.

Please note that all files can be downloaded in CSV, PDF, or Excel format.
