How do i remove a van then add a new one

I'll share some insights about your concern. Removing a vehicle/van that has been added to your account is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Self-Employed. You can only delete the trip that is made on that specific van/vehicle before creating a new one. Please note that you can only add a maximum of three vehicles.

Here's how to delete the trip:

1. Click the Miles in the left panel.
2. Choose the vehicle/van you've created.
3. Checkmark the box beside the date.
4. Hit the Delete button.
5. You'll be prompted with Are you sure you want to delete this trip? Click Yes to confirm.

Once done, you can now add a new van/vehicle. You can click this article to see the process and additional information: Vehicle Info settings and Miles page.
