How do I retrieve my data after my subscription has ended? I am still within my 12 months.

You'll have to reactivate your plan to access and retrieve your data, Epstein.

In QuickBooks Self-Employed, Intuit stores your data for up to one year after your subscription has expired. However, the details are accessible in read-only format.

While your records won't be retrieved during this period, you can consider resubscribing your subscription to recover your full access.

You can follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
  2. Select the Profile icon, then select Billing info.
  3. Select Subscribe.
  4. Review your billing and payment info.
  5. Select Subscribe.

Once done, you can visit this article for steps on how to download transactions and get your reports in QBSE: Export transactions and get a report.
