How on earth do we contact quick books.. I was offered the 90%4 months trial discount and was charged full rate.... Already a pretty poor product offering.

First impression is every important when choosing a product. I'd like to turn the tables around and point you the right direction to take care of the discount offer. 

The four months discount is intended for users who bought the subscription directly (without going through the Trial version).

Since you bought it directly but were charged the full amount instead, you can contact our support through the Help icon. 

Our support can pull up your billing details and help you with the discount. I'd like to do it here, but I'm unable to check sensitive information in a public space. 

That said, there's how to contact them: 

1. Click the Help icon.
2. In the QB Assistant chat box, type "talk to a human."
3. Click Contact a human, then proceed with the Live Chat / Call me back link. 

Though if you're using a trial version, you'll want to cancel your current subscription and sign up for a new one directly. Here's how: 

1. Click the Gear icon, then select Account and settings.
2. Go to the Billing & Subscriptions tab.
3. Click the Cancel your trial link.
4. Follow the prompts to proceed with the cancellation.

Make sure to toggle the Free trial button to off to take advantage of the offer.
