You do not need to create a completely new Intuit login ID. You can add a new company subscription under your existing login credentials. Then, set up the new company without enabling multicurrency, which should work for your Ltd company's annual accounts submission.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the QuickBooks pricing page.
  2. Select the subscription plan you want for your new company.
  3. When you are on the login page, select the Sign In link next to Already have an account?
  4. Enter the user ID and password you use for your current QuickBooks account.
  5. In the Choose your company section, click on Create a new company.
  6. Fill in each box with the corresponding details requested. Hit Subscribe.

Note that each company you create requires its own separate paid subscription. By adding them to one account, you can quickly switch between company files without signing out.
