Hello Clare, Thanks for getting in touch about adding your accountant to your Quickbooks. The steps to do this are as follows.
Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Manage Users. Select the Accounting firms tab. Select Invite. Enter your accountant's info and select Save
They will then receive an invite and upon acceptance, they will have access. Any questions at all let us know
