how to reactivate an inactive product

You can go to the Gear icon and select Product & services to retrieve your inactive products, Kathleen. I'll discuss this further.

We can filter the items in the Products and Services list to see the inactive ones. Please follow these steps:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Products & services.
2. Click the Filter icon.
3. From the Status dropdown menu, click Inactive and press Apply.
   
   
    
4. Find the product you want to reactivate.
5. In the Action column, select Make active.
