Question

I cant link my halifax account to the app, when the bank does the authentication bit it says my number is incorrect.

Currently, we have an ongoing investigation regarding the Halifax and QBSE connection. Our engineers are already working to fix this. 

 

The suggested workaround would be to import the bank transactions through a CSV file. You can use this link to know more about it: Manually import transactions into QuickBooks Self-Employed.

 

After that, you can already categorise your bank transactions like you usually do.
