I cant reconnect my Barclays bank account to quickbooks. I am using the quickbooks app on my phone. I dont have a computer

I'll share the steps on how you can add your bank account using your phone. 

Here are the easy steps:

1. From the main menu, tap Banking.
2. Go to the + icon to add an account.
3. Search for your bank or choose from the list of popular banks.
4. Select your bank from the search results. Then, sign in to your bank.
5. Follow the steps to connect an account. Then, pick a QuickBooks account the bank account should map to.

For a first-time connection, it'll take a few minutes for the downloaded transactions to appear in your account. Future downloads should be much faster.

After that, you can now categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
