I have a subscription but it won’t log in

I have a 99p per month subscription but it’s not letting me do anything unless I subscribe which I do and it says difficulty logging in try later all day!

Hello cornishpixie72-h, thanks for posting on the Community page, so having had a look in the system, two accounts showed up, one is an inactive account company id ending in 9324 and the other account is showing a status of pending cancel, company id ending in 3349. So that will be why it is asking you to resubscribe as there is no active subscribed accounts showing up in the system,
