I have paid my subscription but when a try anything it’s saying there is a problem with my subscription so can’t go any further?

I can see your frustration about the error you encountered, @info11. Let's resolve the issue so you can pay your subscription successfully in QuickBooks Online.

 

We log in using a private browser and update and pay your subscription there.

 

Here are the shortcuts to incognito browsers:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox: press Shift + CTRL + P

 

If it works, we can clear the cache to lessen issues that arise when using QuickBooks since it can interfere and result in missing tabs and feature errors.
