I want to close my account! I am on onthly free trial and do not want to be automatically signed up and charged. Can anyone help please?

To cancel a QuickBooks Online trial that was purchased online, directly from Intuit:

1. Open a web browser on your computer, not a mobile device.
2. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
3. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing.
4. Note: If you don't see the Subscriptions and billing tab, then you bought QuickBooks through a mobile app store. See our full guide for steps to cancel via Apple or Google Play.
5. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel trial.
6. Follow the on-screen steps.
