Just as the header says really.  I am in reconcile and I am trying to view anomalous transactions but when i click view quickbooks logs me out and I have to sign in again.  This happens every time.  I have reloaded several times to no avail.  What am I doing wrong or is this a bug in the system?

Hello, We sell our products on several platforms-our own website, Amazon, and eBay In our previous accounts software, we were able to post the sale to the relevant income account from the invoice, so that we could track the sales on each platform individually-eBay sales to the eBay income nominal etc I have not been able to find a way to do this in Quickbooks, the only option is to set the income account on the product details itself, but this means all our sales invoices will post to the same nominal, when I'd much rather be able to account for each sales channel individually, especially as we sell all our products on all our sales channels I've attached a screenshot of how this currently works in Xero-you can see it's really straightforward to change the income account on each invoice individually

We are wanting to print off instructions on how to do an invoice and match an invoice in a bank feed and other quickbook features, so we can have it in a file in the office for a couple of people to share. Is there anything like this on Quickbooks? Just some simple instructions in case someone is on holiday or off sick. Many thanks

I have raised a credit note in September and I want to show it as a credit note on the statement as well as the invoices.   It will just take the credit note off the balance.  Can this be changed on the statement? I want the statement to show all credit notes and invoices outstanding or unapplied... Help
