While the preview screen is designed to display your estimates clearly, certain factors, such as accumulated cache files, can sometimes lead to display issues, Andrew. We can use an incognito window in your browser to troubleshoot and access the product with a clean slate. 

 

Depending on your browser, you can use the following shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl+ Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

 

If your estimates display correctly, please return to your regular browser and clear the cache for a fresh start. Additionally, using other supported browsers could also be worth a shot. 

 

Once your estimate is accepted, you can convert it directly into an invoice to save time. This keeps your estimate and the invoice linked, ensuring your books remain accurate.

 

When your customer makes a payment, please record it properly to connect it to the invoice and balance your accounts.
