Question

It says my subscription has expired but I still pay £24.00 a month.

I want to make sure you'll be routed to the right support. I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Care Support. They have special tools that can open your account securely. 

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select the Help (?) menu at the top right.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern, and then choose Let's talk.
  4. Click Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Lastly, choose a way to connect with us.
