Question

It won’t let me cancel my subscription and says that there’s an error. I have messaged about it, never heard back and now I’ve just been billed for another month.

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. From there, select the Help icon and then the Contact Us button.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to either request a callback or start a live chat with a specialist.
