My accountant can't connect to my quickbooks

Hello lweaving-gmail-c, Welcome to the Community! We just need some more details to look into why the accountant may not be able to access your QB. If you go to manage users in the cog do they show as a user with the same email address they are connecting with? Or is it still pending as a user- showing as invite sent? If it is connected do they get an error when they select your company from their client list?
