Hi there, finance-support. Thank you for reaching out here in the Community. Since you've mentioned that you've already made the payment, your license will reactivate after 24 hours.

 

However, if your license is not yet activated after 24 hours, I suggest updating your payment details in your QuickBooks Online account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, select the Billing subscription tab.
  2. Under Payment method, select Edit.
  3. Enter the full credit card information by typing in the complete card number, name on the card, expiration date, and security code. Verify that the billing address in QuickBooks Online is the same one that appears on your credit card statement.
  4. Select Save Changes.

 

If it's still not activated after updating your payment details, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support team. Our team can check your account and activate your license.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Account, then click the Help (?) button.
  2. Select the Search tab, then click Contact Us.
  3. Enter the issues you've encountered on the box, then click Continue.
  4. Select either Request a callback or start a live chat with an expert.
