Payment for qb is being taken by Google and from my bank account by qb. I tried to cancel Google but then I couldn't log into qb.

You won't need to log in to QuickBooks to cancel it since your subscription is paid via Google Play. You'll want to do it on their website instead. Here's an article for your reference: Cancel a subscription purchased from Google.

Please note that we'll only keep your data for 365 days, and everything will be wiped out after that. Therefore, I'd recommend downloading a copy of your forms, reports, and any files that you might need in the future. However, you can re-subscribe within the 365 days if you want to use it again.
