If you are using an Android Device:
Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
Tap Settings, then select Refresh Data.
Tap YES to confirm.
But If you're using iOS, here's the steps:
Go to Settings, then tap General.
Tap iPhone Storage, then select the QuickBooks Online app.
Choose Offload App.
Please note that these troubleshooting steps free up storage without deleting your app’s documents or data.
If the issue persists, try accessing your QBO account directly through a web browser on your device. Using a web browser allows you to manage your account and complete QuickBooks tasks seamlessly, without relying on the mobile app.
