Recently changed my accountants.How do I keep subscribtion on going?

If your accountant has your account on their wholesale billing, as in they paid your subscription charge and then billed you, they will have to remove your account from their wholesale billing account. This will then allow you to enter your own billing details.

Please bear in mind that if they are also Master Admin of the account and you would like to take over the Master Admin they will have to transfer it to you, you have to be at least a company admin user for them to transfer it to you, before they remove you from their wholesale billing.
